SHIPPING
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Puerto Rico (yet) or to PO Boxes.
Shipping options are based on your location. We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping where available.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Need to return or exchange? No worries, it will help us make your next purchase even better.
- Go to our Returns and Exchanges Portal
- Please have your Order Number ready. You will also need either the shipping zip code, email or phone number to verify your identity.
- Click “Start a return” and follow the instructions.
- Once you’ve submitted your return or exchange, securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
- Attach your return label to the package, or, show your code using a smartphone at a participating USPS/FedEx location.
- Drop off the package within 3 days to your nearest carrier location.
- We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once we approve your return.
We accept returns and exchange requests within 30 days of your purchase (60 days for holiday purchases from 11/29/2024 through 1/15/2025).
Free Returns Coverage. We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

There are shipping and handling fees for returns. This amount is deducted from your refund. Members receive a discounted rate of 50% off the return label or a max of $9, whichever amount is lower.
