Which payment methods do you accept?

Good Counsel accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

When will my credit card be charged?

The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for $0.00 or $1.00 for verification purposes.

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time we only accept one (1) form of payment per order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Good Counsel charges applicable state, local and county taxes on online transactions. Your on-screen total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Shipping and Delivery

What are your shipping options?

During high volume time (such as sale), reserves the right to limit its delivery options. Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. FedEx Ground shipping is free and 2-Day Express Shipping is $20.
  • Returns with the Domestic United States are free.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Next day and two day deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Ground deliveries are made Monday through Saturday excluding Sunday and holidays. Good Counsel cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Good Counsel's control.

Saturday delivery Orders placed with Saturday deliveries are expected to be delivered on Saturday if placed by 1PM (EST) on Friday, subject to the following conditions: If an order is placed after 1PM(EST) on Friday, it is expected to be delivered on the Saturday of the following week, as indicated during the checkout process. The delivery time on Saturday may vary according to the destination zip code and location. Saturday deliveries cannot be made on holidays. Saturday delivery service is only available for item(s) in your order that are immediately available. Item(s) that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list and will be shipped with ground service once they become available for shipment.

We recommend reviewing your order details on the order review page before submitting it, or in the order confirmation email that is sent to you shortly after your order is placed. Some business addresses may not accept shipments on Saturdays. To ensure Saturday delivery, please confirm that your shipping address can accommodate Saturday deliveries. Saturday delivery is not available for Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

Where do you ship?

Good Counsel offers shipping to the Domestic United States via FedEx. Good Counsel also offers Worldwide Shipping to the following countries via DHL.

Customs, Duties And Taxes

All International Orders Are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an International Order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Please check with your local Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Can I shop to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, all Good Counsel online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by FedEx. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender.

How can I track my order?

Good Counsel will send you emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that during peak times, your order can take up to 3 business days to process before it ships. Please add this time to your selected shipping method to anticipate the delivery of your order.

All Next Day, Two Day, and Ground purchases are shipped via FedEx. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track your order's status.

To estimate the total delivery time for immediately available items, please refer to the shipping window provided at check-out and allow additional time based on the shipping method selected. Please note that during peak times, your order can take up to 5 business days to process before it ships. Please add this time to your selected shipping method to anticipate the delivery of your order.

A confirmation containing your delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been sent out for delivery.

Return Policy

Good Counsel wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s). If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unworn, unused products within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

Before sending any products back to us, please ensure that all of the following conditions set forth below have been correctly satisfied.

The product you wish to return:

Can be sent back to us only after you have completed and submitted the online return form available in the returns area on the site within thirty (30) days of delivery; by completing and submitting our online return form you will receive your return number, which you must include on your return shipping label;

Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, un-altered and in the same, saleable condition in which it was received by you;

  • Must have all disposable seals/tags still attached and intact;
  • Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
  • Must be sent in its original packaging;
  • Must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery;
  • Must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time; and
  • Must be shipped from the United States.

If all of these conditions are satisfied upon close inspection of merchandise, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less any original shipping costs. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.

Sales of beachwear and underwear are final. we reserve the right to designate on the site other non-returnable merchandise. Any such designation will be noted on the detail page of the merchandise which is non-returnable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the us site. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees. We offer no refunds on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.

We offer no exchanges on merchandise purchased on the US site.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the products included on the site nor as to the merchandise being sold to you. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement, and there are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the description of the merchandise contained on our order confirmation. Provider will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Force Majeure

Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Depending on availability and shipping address, purchases may be made either directly through or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been successfully submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We advise you to follow the return instructions included in your package. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
